We Alternate Days
- FATBUSTERS
Monday and Thursday evenings, as well as Thursday and Friday mornings
Cardio with all body sculpting
- UPPER-BODY SCULPTING
Monday and Wednesday mornings
Cardio as we sculpt the biceps, triceps, deltoids, chest, traps, lats, abdominals and obliques. We even work to strengthen the neck!
- LOWER-BODY SCULPTING
Tuesday and Thursday mornings
Cardio as we sculpt the quadriceps, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, perineous, adductors, abductors, abdominals and obliques
- SIT AND GET FIT!
Monday and Wednesdays starting IN February!
For the older beginning individual, using chairs, bands, balls, weights and light ball work If you can Walk in, YOU can do this class. - PILATES--Tuesday evenings and now Monday mornings with Cheryl-strengthen and stretch!--bring a mat
- YOGA Evenings--with Anne-(Christian) --bring a mat
- Water Aerobics--Great for beginners. Using wet noodles, jugs, and water resistance to get a low impact
all over workout. Poetry location and Terrell location in private pools through September.
