This purpose of Poetry Fitness is:
To encourage women and men in all aspects of health. We endeavor to work the body toward improving cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, endurance and flexibility.
We also want to encourage healthy eating principles, fellowship and a sense of belonging to something larger than oneself. We regularly pray for each other!
